Adventures Around the Home is a web-based content creation platform operated by Salvatore Ausonio in the United States. It provides AI-assisted tools that help adult creators prepare, organize, review, and upload original short-form videos, including wildlife, nature, aquarium, backyard, educational, DIY, and similar content.
2. Information We Process
When you use the service, we may process:
- media files you choose to upload, including video, audio, and images;
- captions, narration, editing choices, workflow status, and publishing metadata;
- TikTok account authorization information and identifiers required to authenticate your account and upload a draft; and
- communications you send to our support email.
We do not sell personal information.
3. How We Use Information
We use information only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service; generate requested captions or narration; organize creator workflows; authenticate with TikTok; upload user-approved videos to TikTok as drafts; respond to support requests; and comply with applicable law.
4. TikTok Integration and Creator Control
The service uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. With your authorization, the service may send a video and related metadata to your TikTok account as a draft. You must review and manually publish the draft from TikTok. Adventures Around the Home does not automatically publish videos publicly. TikTok separately processes information under TikTok's Privacy Policy.
5. AI-Assisted Processing and Service Providers
Selected media, text, or instructions may be processed by service providers that support hosting, storage, security, and AI-assisted caption, narration, editing, or organization features. We limit processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature. AI-generated material may contain errors and must be reviewed by the user.
6. Medical and Sensitive Information
The service is not intended to receive protected health information or other unnecessary sensitive personal information. Users must remove protected health information before submitting medical-related material for AI processing and must review medical content before use or publication.
7. Retention and Security
Uploaded media, publishing metadata, and authorization information may be retained temporarily or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested workflow, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose information to TikTok at the user's direction, to service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public. We do not authorize service providers to use information for their own unrelated purposes.
9. Your Choices
You control whether to authorize your TikTok account, upload media, use AI-assisted features, or publish a TikTok draft. You may revoke TikTok access through TikTok and may contact us to request access to or deletion of information associated with you, subject to legal and security requirements.
10. Age Requirement
The service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
