1. Acceptance and Eligibility
These Terms govern use of the Adventures Around the Home website and creator tools operated by Salvatore Ausonio in the United States. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Description of Service
Adventures Around the Home is a web-based content creation platform for wildlife, nature, aquarium, backyard, educational, DIY, and similar creator workflows. It may provide AI-assisted caption generation, narration generation, editing, organization, and workflow automation. Features may change as the service develops.
3. TikTok Integration
The service may use TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. After you authorize your TikTok account and approve an upload, the service may send a video and publishing metadata to TikTok as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing the draft and manually publishing it from TikTok. The service does not automatically publish content publicly. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's Terms of Service.
4. Accounts and Authorization
You are responsible for maintaining control of your TikTok account and for activity authorized through your account. You may not access another person's account or submit content on another person's behalf without permission. You may revoke the service's TikTok authorization through TikTok.
5. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Adventures Around the Home a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, modify, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you request. You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions needed for submitted media, music, narration, names, likenesses, and other materials.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- violate law, TikTok policies, or another person's rights;
- upload infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or platform review;
- impersonate another person or use an account without authorization; or
- publish medical information containing protected health information or present AI-generated material as professional advice without appropriate review.
7. AI-Assisted Features and Human Review
AI-assisted captions, narration, edits, and organizational suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated material, confirming factual accuracy, removing protected or sensitive information, and deciding whether a video should be uploaded or published. The service is a creator tool and does not replace professional medical, legal, or other advice.
8. Privacy
Our processing of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, and integrations may be affected by TikTok or other third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every draft upload will succeed.
10. Disclaimers
The service and AI-assisted features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Content about wildlife, home projects, health, or other subjects is provided for general informational purposes and must be independently reviewed before reliance or publication.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventures Around the Home and Salvatore Ausonio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, generated content, third-party platforms, or user publishing decisions.
12. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or unlawful use. You may stop using the service and revoke TikTok authorization at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Changes will be posted here with a revised Last Updated date.
